Whether you enter via the 2 Car Garage or the Covered Walkway, the Mud Room opens directly into the Downstairs Bonus Room complete with 2 Classic Arcades, a Poker Table, Smart TV & Cable, PS4 w/ 2 Remotes & 2 Disk Games + Grand Turismo, Rocket League, and Fortnite, as well as 2 Couches, a Wet Bar w/ a Mini Fridge, and your Private Hot Tub on the Lower Deck. Having the Highest Regards for Comfort, we placed Fans, New Comforters, & Duvets in All Bedrooms, Smart TV's in 2 (4 Total), and Heavily Stocked the Kitchen to meet our TAP Inventory List to Ensure you have All The Necessities & Some to cook with Friends & Family. We do also supply Firewood for our Natural Wood Fireplace, have an additional Bluetooth Capable Sound Bar for the Living Room Smart TV complete with Cable & DVD, installed a 2nd Water Heater for More or Longer Showers, Upgraded Internet to 400Mbs, and have a BBQ on the upper deck with seating area. The Master Bedroom has it's own Private Deck with Stairs leading to the backyard, and the side yard where you can enjoy our Corn Hole game in Summer. Plus, we not only have Driveway Service in the Winter but also an additional Shoveling Service for your safety. The Hot Tub is Professionally Serviced Each Stay, Home Professionally Cleaned & Staged, and our TAP Arrival Inspection makes it so that you to enter with Lights & Heat On Upon Your Arrival so that you truly Feel At Ease in our Lovely Home & Peaceful Mountain Setting, at Sweet Mtn Retreat.

We provide a beginning supply of essentials (hair dryer, Med-Kit, Batteries, Flashlights, toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, beach towels, garbage bags, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher fluid, laundry detergent) + mini shampoo & conditioner in each bathroom, and bedrooms with Space Heater / Fans.

Each stay includes Tahoe Donner Amenity Access GUEST Cards which Offer You A Discount On Day Ski Passes To Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski Area! These same passes gain you access to Trout Creek Recreational Center (Gym / Pool / Hot Tub / Sauna / Ping Pong), and the Private East End of Donner Lake Beach during Summer. HOA Amenity Entry to Trout Creek and/or Private East End of Donner Lake is $16/person/day payable onsite. One payment, and you have access to both All Day. Next to Trout Creek Rec Center is our favorite restaurant "The Lodge", and directly next to that is Z Market (Convenient Store). We are less than 5 minutes from the Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski Area, and also within Tahoe Donner is Tahoe Donner Golf Course & Driving Range, the Snow Play Area with a Tubing Hill during the Winter, the Equestrian Center, Park & Playground, and an astonishing amount of Amazing Biking, Hiking, and X-Country Trails. 4x4 Recommended in Truckee During Winter
