What if Something Happens?
Simply report any damage that occurred to Tahoe Alpenglow Properties during your stay, to avoid having to cover the entire cost of a broken chair or hole in the wall. TAP will take care of the rest, but you will be liable for damages that are above the $2,000 limit.
How It Works:
Our waiver is designed to cover an insured persons “unintentional” damages as a result of inadvertent acts or omissions to the rental unit that occur during your stay. Expenses that are not considered covered under this waiver include but are not limited to, necessary excessive housekeeper cleaning, hot tub abuse and/or neglect, carpet cleans, and excess garbage removal to name a few.

Tahoe Alpenglow Properties does not offer a Travel Insurance Policy but Travel Insurance was available with your reservation at time of booking, whether it was Airbnb Trip Insurance, HomeAway/VRBO Travel Insurance, or TripAdvisor/FlipKey Payment Protection, and Guest is responsible for having chosen or declined the option. Travel Insurance provides coverage for prepaid, nonrefundable expenses due to certain unforeseeable circumstances that may jeopardize your vacation investment and force you to incur unplanned expenses. We strongly recommend you purchase this valuable protection as separate terms and conditions may apply. Read your Description of Coverage/Policy carefully and contact your provider directly with questions regarding your coverage.
