He welcomes guests before and after visits, and keeps me in touch with upcoming rentals. We had a really fast on-boarding process where we were able to get the first rental within a couple of weeks since we closed escrow. Chris was able to clean the house and make it rental ready in the speed of light. He has done a great job getting the house rented ever since. He has been working with us to make sure that the house is well maintained with limited investment (Chris bring great maintenance people who charge reasonable prices). Chris also maintains the property very well on an on going bases and visitors always have everything they need for an enjoyable stay. We highly recommend Chris as a property manager.
