Our Hot Tub rests Covered with Views of the Green, just outside a Game Room complete with a Pool Table, Golf Arcade, Shuffleboard, 65" Smart TV, and Wet Bar w/Mini Fridge! We have (1) Gig Wifi, and a Loft w/ (2) Twins, Putting Green, Doll-House, Poker Table, & Work Desk.

We have a Gas Fireplace, Propane BBQ, Harman Bluetooth Speaker, and Smart TV's in each bedroom (Not Kids Bunk). We provide Tahoe Donner HOA Amenity Passes, that allow you Access into Private East End of Donner Lake & Trout Creek Rec Center, when Presented & Daily Fee Paid at their Desk There. Our Entire Property including Kitchen, meets an Extensive TAP Inventory List so you can be confident booking, knowing you will have more than needed throughout your stay. TAP also Inspects each property Prior to Guests arrival, to ensure everything is in order, all supplies are in place that we stock, and we may also turn on Ambient Lights & Heat during Winter. Not only do we have Driveway Plow Service during Winter, but we also hire an Additional Shoveling Company to Shovel the Berm in Front of Garage, the Bear Box, and Path to Front Door, so everything is about as Safe & Accessible as possible (we also stock shovels for Guest use as needed). The Shoveling Company comes "when the snow flies", so while we Do Not Have Control over the Shoveling or Driveway Plow arrival Days/Times, they are a Tremendous help during Storms!

Each stay includes Tahoe Donner Amenity Access GUEST Cards! These passes gain you access to Trout Creek Recreational Center (Gym / Pool / Hot Tub / Sauna / Etc), and the Private East End of Donner Lake Beach. HOA Amenity Entry to Trout Creek and/or Private East End of Donner Lake is $/person/day payable onsite. One payment, and you have access to both All Day. Next to Trout Creek Rec Center is our favorite restaurant "The Lodge", and directly next to that is Z Market (Convenient Store).
