With a Fully Stocked Kitchen meeting a TAP Inventory List, Heat Tape to Melt Snow above Front Entrance, and we hire a Shoveling Company for Walkways & Bear Box, rest assured we offer a Home with 2 things in mind, Comfort & Entertainment!
We have a Gas Fireplace, and provide Tahoe Donner HOA Amenity Passes! Not only do we have Driveway Plow Service during Winter, but we hire an additional shoveling company to shovel the Berm in front of Garage, Bear Box, and Path to Front Door. They come "when the snow flies", so while we do not have control over their or the driveway service plow arrival times, they are a tremendous help during Storms! TAP also inspects each property prior to our Guests arrival, to ensure everything is in order, that you have all the supplies in place that we stock, and we even turn on Ambient Lights & Heat (Winter) or Air Conditioning (Summer).
