We have a Gas Fireplace, and provide Tahoe Donner HOA Amenity Passes! Not only do we have Driveway Plow Service during Winter, but we hire an additional shoveling company to shovel the Berm in front of Garage, Bear Box, and Path to Front Door. They come "when the snow flies", so while we do not have control over their or the driveway service plow arrival times, they are a tremendous help during Storms! TAP also inspects each property prior to our Guests arrival, to ensure everything is in order, that you have all the supplies in place that we stock, and we even turn on Ambient Lights & Heat (Winter) or Air Conditioning (Summer).

The Entire Home meets our management companies TAP Extensive Inventory List, and we provide a beginning supply of essentials (hair dryer, toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels, colored beach towels, garbage bags, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher fluid, laundry detergent, etc) and mini shampoo & body wash in each bathroom, and bedrooms with Fans and Space Heaters.

Each stay includes Tahoe Donner Amenity Access GUEST Cards! These passes gain you access to Trout Creek Recreational Center (Gym / Pool / Hot Tub / Sauna / Ping Pong), and the Private East End of Donner Lake Beach. HOA Amenity Entry to Trout Creek and/or Private East End of Donner Lake is $/person/day payable onsite. One payment, and you have access to both All Day. Next to Trout Creek Rec Center is our favorite restaurant "The Lodge", and directly next to that is Z Market (Convenient Store).
