Take a 1 hour drive down the West Shore of Lake Tahoe and enjoy the beautiful scenery on the way down, and one of the most photographed places in the world will be your destination. With many look out points you can spend an hour enjoying the amazing view looking down on Fannette Island with the old tea house, before you take a short walk to either the Vikingsholm Castle down below, or Eagle Falls up above. Eagle Falls is a 2 mile hike round trip, will take about 30 minutes, and your Dog can come along!
